I did it! 🀸‍♀️ My very first at-home PERFECT ribeye. πŸ₯©πŸ˜ I used the reverse seared method suggested: room temp, salt, bake at 200° for 30 minutes - then fried it in smoking hot bacon grease for 1-2 minutes per side. πŸ’― It was closer to medium well (I did the full 2 min per side) but still SO tender and absolutely delicious!! πŸ₯° THANK YOU for all the great responses & detailed directions.
